Mindcare Club operates the website, which provides the SERVICE.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the Mindcare Club website and our virtual telemental health clinic.

Collection and Use of Health Data

Mindcare Club Telemental Health uses the VSEE virtual clinic platform which has its own privacy policies here.

All data collected by Mindcare Club is to be held strictly confidential between patients and providers. Sharing of this data between our authorized providers is only to be done with prior consent of the patient. No other party shall have access to this data without prior approval and consent of Mindcare club management and the patient. Mindcare Club is legally obligated to release data information based on existing laws and regulations of the Philippines as required by the government.

In order to facilitate telemental health consultations, health data including but not limited to personal identifiers such as the name of the patient, their birthdate, and address will be collected for the purposes of assessment and treatment. Consent will be collected prior to the commencement of any consultation with a licensed healthcare provider with Mindcare Club.

Specific data collected by Mindcare Club in order to do its service for telemental health includes the following

    • name and email address in account creation
    • messages, usage history, crash data
    • For patients using the Mindcare Club VSEE virtual clinic, the data collected will include, but is not limited to, your medical and social history, photos, files and notes that your provider will enter into the Electronic medical record contained within the platform. These will be used for assessment and treatment recommendations. Any referral that will use your data will be done with the patient’s prior consent.
    • For healthcare providers with Mindcare Club using the VSEE virtual clinic, we will be storing scheduling information and the information you gathered during your consultations

Mindcare Club collects these data and information for the following reasons

    • To verify users and their legal  right in availing telemental health services
    • To identify and verify accounts for both patients and providers
    • To allow providers the information necessary to assess patients and recommend treatment
    • To improve the product and processes of the company
    • To enable the features of the platform

Mindcare Club will not use personally identifiable information collected other than those stated above. Should there be any new use of the data each individual patient will be contacted and asked for their consent for the new uses of their data. Any requests to use the data collected by Mindcare Club will be scrutinized and evaluated by Mindcare Club management before contacting patients for their consent.

Mindcare Club will exercise its utmost best to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the health data collected in our VSEE virtual clinic platform.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
