Our Pricing and Rates

Rates for TELE Mental Health Counselling Sessions range from Php800 to Php3,000+. This range applies for most cases.

  • Because these sessions are held online, save on transportation cost and time, and have extra time and energy for your personal life and work.
  • Your cost savings are better applied on affording medicine and continuing your treatment.

Info for First-time Users

What to expect on your first time on Mindcare Club TELE:

    1. How TELE works: you will be talking “face-to-face” via a videoconferencing (webcam) app with your selected Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Physician, or Mental Health Nurse.
    2. On your first session with us, you will be talking to our Front Desk – Triage Officer who will assess your condition and information.  From the assessment, our Triage Officer will provide you with several providers (whether a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, MD, or MH Nurse) who can provide you counseling and treatment. You will be able to choose your provider. Our Triage Officer will also discuss with you the rates for each type of provider. All our providers are licensed to give therapy and counseling.
    3. After you’ve selected your provider, our Triage Officer will set a schedule with you and the provider. An email reminder will be sent to you.
    4. Regarding payments, all online sessions are pre-paid – this means that our Front Desk will send you a payment link that you will need to settle/pay anytime before the scheduled session with your provider. Please note also that your first session with us with our Triage Officer will also be billed before you start the session. The fee for your first session with our Triage Officer is Php 800.
    5. Payments are made via our PayMongo partner. You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, JCB, PayMaya, GCash, Coins.Ph, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier.
    6. If you wish to switch providers, you can always message back our Triage Officer who can accommodate your request.
    7. As with any counseling service, there will be late fees and cancellation fees for schedules made that were not attended by our patient.
    8. Sessions are done via videconferencing (webcam with your notebook/laptop or desktop computer). We discourage the use of smaller screens (smart phones and small tablets). We suggest that you take your TELE sessions in a quiet private space/room.
    9. MCC TELE IS NOT FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. Our services and work do not cover emergency situations. For emergencies, please call an ambulance (Lifeline 16-911) or a hospital’s emergency room unit. What is Mindcare Club?

Mindcare Club (MCC) is a Mental Health service and a network of MH providers, professionals, and spaces in the country.

What services do you offer?

MCC provides mental health counseling for individuals via our TELE Mental Health platform (online technology) and our onsite sessions in our designed spaces.

MCC also provides corporate packages for mental health counseling and services for companies and organizations. (Please email enterprise@mindcareclub.com for more information about these corporate packages.)

Who will be giving these services?

Mindcare Club’s CareTeam is composed of mental health providers and professionals from various levels of expertise and coverage. Our CareTeam has members who are Psychiatrists, Psychologists, MDs with Mental Health Training, and Mental Health Nurses. Each member of our CareTeam has special focus/coverage or expertise (adult concerns, senior citizens, teens, children, addiction, family concerns, academic concerns, social concerns, diversity and inclusion, etc.). 

Our receiving Front Desk – Triage Officer will assess your profile as you join MCC and suggest providers from our Care Team to be with you for counseling (selection is your choice). Check out our CareTeam management group featured in our website.

What is TELE Mental Health? How is it different from onsite counseling?

MCC’s TELE Mental Health service is face-to-face counseling, through video conferencing technology.

MCC’s TELE MentalHealth service allows our clients to access their mental health consultations via online video-conversation technology. Our clients just need to have a mobile phone, tablet, or computer with a camera (ideal setup compared to smaller devices) to talk to our MCC CareTeam members. Our clients can access all of this via links emailed to them which they can activate via our app. Our clients medical records, profile can be stored via this app as well. Our TMH service is available by January 2020.

Onsite counseling is the traditional way of accessing mental health services — our client and CareTeam professional are together in the same room for their counseling session. There is no need for an web-based or online device for this type of counselling session. Our onsite counseling services will be launched by the middle of 2020.

Our TELE technology platform is the same technology platform used by NASA for their medical telehealth services. This technology allows for great online conversations to happen even on thin internet (low data bandwidth). 

How is Mindcare Club’s TELE Mental Health more accessible and convenient than onsite counseling?

By accessing mental health counseling online (via our TELE Mental Health service), our clients save on travel time (going to and back from a clinic location), travel costs (fare, gas, Grab/taxi costs), and time spent away from work — since less time is wasted accessing the counseling service, more is saved for our client’s career or family time.

Will I have my TELE counseling sessions on Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom or via another video/webcam app?

All our TELE counseling sessions are done exclusively via our MCC TELE Vsee platform. This is to protect the privacy and information of our clients. 

Our MCC TELE platform protects data privacy of our clients. All audio/video communication is securely encrypted and transmitted. Our system is compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in the United States. HIPAA is the standard for sensitive patient data protection. This level of protection may not be available for the usual video communications app people use on social media. 

How much do MCC services cost?

Our services range from Php 800 pesos per hour of counseling to Php 3,000+ per hour. We also have International Senior Psychiatrists who are part of our CareTeam. Their rates would be in USD and can be requested by contacting MCC directly. There are also different rates for our international CareTeam professional psychiatrists and psychologists. Using our TMH app is free (internet/data charges are not included).

How do I get online?

Simply visit www.MindcareClub.com to schedule your counseling session. There is a button on the front page for NEW USERS, PATIENT-MEMBERS, and PROVIDERS to log into our system. 

What are the sessions like?

TeleMentalHealth counseling sessions are very much similar to onsite counseling sessions, except that both client and professional are online for this type of session. Each session takes an hour or so. We have also developed programs for our clients where the client and professional both commit to a certain number of sessions, with an evaluation session after. This way, we minimize on “patient-keeping” and both clients and our mental health professionals are committed to recovery and treatment.

How do I pay?

Via our partnership with PayMongo, our clients can easily pay via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), PayMaya, GCash, Coins.ph, Seven Eleven, Cebuanu Lhuillier, or MLhuillier. All payments are guaranteed and secured by PayMongo. More about PayMongo here

Will my privacy be protected?

Yes. Our clients’ records will not be available to any other client/staff member not involved in their counseling sessions. Please refer to our privacy policy on this website.
